Property valuation

In order to get a mortgage to finance your property, a valuation report of an independent valuer is necessary. JLG Real Estate is a member of the Dutch Association of Real Estate Brokers (NVM) and therefore having an expertise valuer on board who can compile a valuation report which will be recognized by all financial institutions in the Netherlands.
Within a week the property will be inspected, the necessary research takes place and the report will be elaborated and delivered in a professional way.

Property valuation, the costs

The cost for a valuation of your property is 1 promillage (1/1000) of the value, with a minimum of 400 euro (excl. 19% VAT)
