How do you do it? Selling your house? There must have risen a number of questions like: how much will my house be worth? How do I give attention to my house? What do I do if someone is really interested in my house? And, what about the legal and administrative stuff, valuation, contracts, etc.

What does JLG Real Estate do to sell your house?
Our sales strategy is based on a full service concept. We guide you through the entire selling process with a personal approach and competent advice, from intake to after sales. First an experienced broker will come to the house to look at the details and to discuss the possibilities with you. After that, a sale strategy will be determined in order to achieve the projected goals.
A short list of our way of working:
- A very important part of the possibilities to get the best attention for a house nowadays is being visible on internet. Not only will the house be presented on our own website, JLG will provide ads on all major websites such as Funda.nl, MVA.nl, Dimo.nl and many more.
- Mailing to neighbors: our experience is that people in the direct neighborhood are often interested in houses for sale in that area. For themselves or for friends. A well proved lead generator!
- Window presentation: our office is located at the Sarphatipark, right across a busy tram stop. A better way to be seen impulsively is not thinkable!
- Brochures: In order to give as much information about your house as possible we will create a brochure which can be handed out during visits or be downloaded for free from our website.
- Advertise in newspapers and other written media: for some houses a good old ad in a newspaper will work remarkably positive. Also organising a viewing day will make a difference. We will investigate and determine the best way to do that.
- Selling-renting assignment: JLG Real Estate is also a renown rental specialist. Sometimes it’s worth to list the house for sale as well as for rent: let’s see what comes first!
What does JLG Real Estate charge?
For our professional services we charge a brokers fee. The brokers fee is a percentage of the selling price, which is built up as following:With a selling price of 175.000 euro or less: 1,75%
From 175.000 to 400.000 euro: 1,5%
Above 400.000 euro: 1,4%
All prices are excluding 19% VAT
