Your Online File
We maintain an online file for you. The selling process starts by putting your file together, and presenting your house to buyers. This costs 500 Euro (including VAT), paid at the beginning of service. This cost is deducted from the broker fee at the time of sale.
We take care of everything up through the final sale. We will arrange well prepared house viewings, perform financial investigations on potential buyers, negotiate an optimal price, and help with assessment reports, bank warranty, inspection, transfer and service after the sale.

Brochure and blueprint
JLG will create an eye catching, professionally printed brochure providing all relevant information on your house, including its special characteristics, 3-D blueprints, and pictures of the house. We hand these out during visits to the house, and you can download a PDF version free of charge at jlg.nl or funda.nl.
Your place will be posted on our easy-to-find website, jlg.nl and funda.nl. You may also want to consider sharing your place on social networks such as Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook. We will provide the easy tools to do so. On jlg.nl a video of the house can be viewed, and a digital brochure can be downloaded. Your place will can also be found on well-established sites such as: www.jaap.nl, www.zuka.nl, www.mva.nl, and www.huislijn.nl.
A video of your house will be produced in HD quality, accompanied by pleasant background music. This introduces your house to viewers in a enjoyable way. We can post the video on YouTube, jlg.nl or, if you prefer, on funda.nl.
For Sale Sign
Your “For Sale” Sign should be clear and easily recognizable. Everyone should know your place is for sale. Our well designed signs are sure to draw a lot of attention.
JLG produces a hundred “promocards” of the house that contain the highlights of the house and a QR code, which enables cell phones to link directly to a more elaborate viewing, online. You will also receive fifty cards to disperse among your own network.
Office Window Promotion
We will present the most beautiful photographs of your house, including a description, at our office at Saphatipark 42. Our office is located at a top location, surrounded by numerous shops, with many passing pedestrians, and a tram stop just across the road that is used by people travelling to and from work.
Open house days are organized regularly by the national branch association NVM and the Amsterdam MVA. Participation in open houses is voluntary. We will arrange the brochures, promocards, sign up list, and promotion on the website. An advertisement in the Dutch newspaper Het Parool is optional. You will guide visitations on the day of the open house.

As the supply grows, your place will normally ‘drop’ on the estate list. With the so-called top house notation your place will be maintained at the top of the list for 30 days. € 115,-

Extra open House
Perhaps you would like to participate again to the Open House days? JLG Real Estate will arrange for brochures, promocards, sign up list, and promotion on the website (optional: advert in the Dutch newspaper Het Parool).
Costs per participation: FREE
Through Openhuis.nl we can offer your place to be auctioned. Your house will be sold that way for the highest price on a predetermined date and time. This process is guided by JLG Real Estate and a public notary. More information? www.openhuis.nl € 395,-
Transfer period warranty
Many interested parties often still have a house of their own for sale whilst interested in your estate. By means of the transfer period warranty you can offer the buyer a warranty to insure against double housing expenditures for a period of 1 or 2 years.

Adverts in day/week/month tabloids
In many cases you may reach the target group better by advertising in magazines or tabloids read by the target group (be it starters, families, or couples without children). You can benefit from the often much cheaper rate for Real Estate agents.

Sometimes the sale of your house may not go as planned. Why not rent it out? JLG helps you decide the best strategy for you situation. In this process we utilize all possible options.
The professional Rental department form JLG Real Estate is one of the largest of Amsterdam. So when it comes to letting, JLG also assures for an optimal marketing strategy.
For our professional services we charge a brokers fee. The brokers fee is a percentage of the selling price, which is built up as following:
With a selling price of 175.000 euro or less: 1,75%
From 175.000 to 400.000 euro: 1,5%
Above 400.000 euro: 1,4%
