Step 1: The preparation.
First we determine the value of your home. We do this on the basis of extensive information. We obtain this through our own unique tools, but also through the municipality, for example. Step 2: The sales process.
Your home is on the market! We organize viewings, where we show viewers around and excite them. We will arrange this from A to Z. Is there a lot of interest? We will then organize the most suitable bidding process. Is interest lagging behind? Then we immediately get to work for an extra ‘boost’. We always keep in close contact about this.

Step 3: The purchase agreement.
It’s time to do business. We are razor sharp in price negotiations, with always short lines of communication with you. Together we achieve the best results. Are you satisfied with the sales price and the conditions? Then we draw up the deed of sale. We monitor the data that is important to you and keep you informed about progress.

Step 4: The transfer.
At the time of transfer, the buyer has the right to inspect the property. For example, the meter readings are recorded. The deed of delivery is then signed at the notary. Of course we will also be present. Congratulations, your home has been sold!
